1968 Riots in Washington, D.C.
While a number of government reports were published immediately following the riots and subsequently some other reports and dissertations were produced, there are not abundant sources on the 1968 riots in Washington, D.C. One of the few recent secondary sources is Jaffe and Sherwood’s 1994 Dream City. Below are listed those readily available in Washington, D.C., primarily at the Washingtoniana Division of the D.C. Public Library and at George Washington University Special Collections.
